Local nomination papers for all of Hingham’s elected municipal positions will be available starting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 8:00 AM in the Town Clerk’s Office.  The following elected positions will be on the May 2, 2026, Annual Town Election ballot: Town Moderator - 1 Year Term     Select Board - 3 Year Term Board of Assessors - 3 Year Term Board of Health - 3 Year Term Municipal Light Board - 3 Year Term School Committee (2 seats) - 3 Year Term Planning Board - 5 Y
